Simply browse our website, add your items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
2. Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes! Many of our bestselling items are restocked. Preorder options may also be available for upcoming restocks.
3. What sizes do you offer?
Sizes vary by product. Please check the product’s sizing chart for exact measurements.
4. How do I care for my Starplus Apparel items?
We recommend washing your items inside out on a gentle cycle in cold water and air-drying to maintain print quality.

5. Where do you ship?
We now ship not only Domestically, but to over 230 countries and providence around the world. (International Shipping Available)
6. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after your order has been processed.
International shipping can typically arrive within 8-14 business days after order has been shipped.
7. How much does shipping cost?

8. How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email once your package ships.
9. What about preorder items?
Preorders take 3–4 weeks to ship since they are made to order or awaiting restock.
Returns & Exchanges
10. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
11. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
12. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
13. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

14. Do I need an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and save preferences.

16. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are processed. Please contact support immediately.

If your order contains a preorder item and an in-stock item, they may ship separately.
