Sizing and Material

Our Garments are designed with a true-to-Size fit, but can vary through different pieces, offering a clean streetwear silhouette that complements a wide range of body types. For customers who prefer a more relaxed or oversized look, we recommend selecting one size up.
Each Item Is carefully constructed, but vary, using high-grade French Terry cotton, with GSM as high as 500 chosen for its exceptional softness, durability, and structure. This heavyweight fabric provides a luxurious feel while maintaining breathability and long-term shape retention.

Returns and Exchanges

At Starplus, Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase.
We offer Exchanges within 14 days of your order's delivery date for items that are unwashed, not damaged, and in their original conditions.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Once your return item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Information

At starplus Apparel, we're dedicated to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience while keeping our policies clear and transparent.
We currently ship not only domestically within the United States, but internationally as well. All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 5-8 business days after shipment.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders under 5lbs. Orders weighing 5lbs or more will include a flat fee of $5.99. Additionally, customers can enjoy Free shipping on all orders over $70, regardless of weight.
Please note that preorders may take between 3-4 weeks to be shipped, as these items are made to order or awaiting restock. You will receive an email confirmation once your preorder has been shipped.
